| Fourth Quarter 2008 Update: In the second half of 2008, we completed several Data Center Strategy and Complex Data Center Relocation Planning Engagements for hospitality manufacturing, publishing and medical services clients. One of the latter engagements included implementation project management services supporting establishment of a new data center environment. We also continue to support a major credit card client through project management and expert implementation resources for their migration to a new data center. Even with the current economic turmoil, we remain optimistic that we will maintain or increase our business, as clients are contracting us directly, rather than through our partner relationships with several major IT Services Providers, in order to reduce costs. We see this as a win-win, since the client does not sacrifice quality and is able to obtain needed assistance at a reduced cost. We are positioned to assist clients in tactical assessments and initiatives to review and reduce costs while maintaining or improving services.
