Formed in 1992, our consultancy encompasses assignments which address the complete project lifecycle – from needs assessment to strategy, planning and ultimately, implementation.

| First Quarter 2012 Update: We ended 2011 having completed several Data Center Strategy and Complex Data Center Relocation Planning Engagements. Our current engagements include Banking and Medical Services clients. We also are continuing to support a major credit card client through project management and expert implementation resources for their migration to a new data center. Although our business is still below 2010 levels, we remain optimistic that we will increase our revenues, as clients continue to contract with us directly, rather than through our partner relationships with several major IT Services Providers. We see this as a win-win, since the client does not sacrifice quality and is able to obtain needed assistance at a reduced cost. We are positioned to assist clients in tactical assessments and initiatives to review and reduce costs while maintaining or improving services.
